We are pleased to welcome you to Lagouvardos Village Hotel. In this directory, you will find helpful information about our hotel services in addition to other services available on the area. In case you need further assistance or information, do not hesitate to contact the Reception. Air-conditioning/ Heating:
Each room is equipped with an air conditioning unit with its own remote control.

Housekeeping Service:

• Rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily until 16:00.
• Bed linens are changed every two days.

Check in time:
Check in time is at 15:00.

Departure:
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact our Reception for further info.

Concierge Services:

• For any assistance with car / motorbike rental, boat rental, excursions and other arrangements, feel free to contact our Front Desk.
• Luggage service.
• Room service for 12 hours.
• Ability to provide a laptop or tablet upon request.

Credit Cards:
The hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. For other credit arrangements, please contact our Reception.

Cribs and Cots:
Subject to limited numbers, cots and cribs are available. Please inform our Front Office.

Dining:

• Breakfast, snack lunch, and dinner are served in the hotel’s indoor open air restaurant. Breakfast buffet or ala carte is served from 7:00 to 10:30. Lunch is served from 13:00 to 16:00. Dinner is served from 19:30 to 21:30. “Pool Bar” located at the hotel‟s outdoor pool also serves beverages and light snacks and operates daily from 10:00 to 21:30.
• Deliver meals or breakfasts to customers in special packages upon request.
• Breakfast can be served in the rooms.

Please note that food safety and sanitation regulations prohibit the removal of any food items from the hotel’s restaurant. We kindly ask for your compliance. Please remember that wasting food is an insult to humanity.

First Aid Kit is located at our Reception.

• In case you have a late departure from the hotel we will be happy to assist with storing your luggage.
• Luggage storage in a separate area.

Maintenance:
If something is not in working order, please inform our Front Office.

Parking
“Lagouvardos Village Hotel” guests can park free of charge in the “Parking Area” which is located inside and arround of the hotel.

Room Key – Card
For your own safety please notify the Front Office immediately in case you lose your key. Always lock the door when leaving your room. The management is not responsible for the loss of money or any personal items.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located next to the restaurant and is provided for the enjoyment of our guests. Hours are from 10:00 to 19:30. Children must be accompanied by a guardian. Please familiarize yourself with the safety rules. For safety reasons, no glass is allowed around the pool area. All beverages must be consumed in plastic or paper containers.

Kind Advice:
Please switch off lights and A/C when leaving your room.

Banks:
Banking hours are generally Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:30 with banks located in Gargalianoi and Filiatra Town. ATM machines are also located in Marathopolis in addition to the towns of Gargalianoi and Filiatra.

Drinking Water:
The tap water is potable.
