How can I make a reservation?

The easiest and most cost-effective way to book is on our website.
Please make a reservation directly by phone or via our Website.

Are there any special offers or packages?

Whether you travel as a family or you are adventurous, sportive or laid back, we will always create the perfect arrangement for you.

What are the reception working hours?

The reception is open for 16 hours with internal or external telephone access for 24 hours.


How to get from the airport to the hotel?
We will be glad to arrange a transfer from the airport to our hotel. Please send us your time of arrival and flight number and we will inform you regarding the cost.
How long does it take by car/ bus from the airport to the hotel? 
The approximate time for the distance is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
When can I check-in?

Our check in time starts at 3 pm. Your room might be available earlier. In case of an early arrival you can leave your luggage with us and of course start your relaxing holiday right away.

Wake up services

Is there a wake-up service?
Our hotel has a wake-up service or wake-up call.

Apartments cleaning

  • Room cleaning is done daily.
  • Towels are changed daily or whenever you wish for environmental reasons if you place them on the floor.
  • Sheets are changed every two days or whenever you wish for environmental reasons.


what is applied for reservation cancellations?
  • In most cases a deposit of 30% percent of the total arrangement cost is required in order to secure your reservation.
  • Prior to 21 days of arrival are free of charge, the deposit of 30% will be refunded.
  • Within 21 days and 7 days of arrival will be charged 30% of the total cost of stay. The deposit of 30% will not be refunded.
  • Within 6 days to 48 hours of arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost of stay.
  • Within 48 hours to arrival day the total cost of stay will be charged.
  • No-shows are considered cancellations and will be charged with 100% of the total cost of stay.
  • Departure before your scheduled departure date is considered a cancellation and you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your stay.
  • Cancellations must be made in written by EMAIL to


What does the stay include?
Room service for 12 hours.
Breakfast available in the rooms.
Food or breakfast in special packages, if requested.
The rooms are also equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV as well as a safe for laptops in which you can also store your personal items.
Are there connecting apartments?

“Lagouvardos Village” makes available 2 types of Standard apartments accommodation which can serve up to 4 persons each. (38m2 and 54m2).

For families we recommend the Superior apartments (54 m2) that offer extra space and privacy.

There is an Internet connection via WiFi?
There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas.
Is there a laundry service?
Please use the laundry bag which you will find in your room and we will take care of the laundry.


What gastronomic options do you provide?
“Lagouvardos Village” operates a main restaurant area and a snack pool bar that cater amongst other contemporary Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
Do you provide lactose and gluten free meals?
We are happy to serve your nutritional needs. Please let us know about any special diet in advance.


When is check out time?

We kindly ask you to leave your room until 12am. Late check/out can be granted upon availability.

A storage room is at your disposal, so that you will enjoy your stay at the resort until the last minute.
